ReviewMe is a notification routing service that connects your code repositories with notification channels. We help you route code review notifications to the right channels based on rules you configure, including team assignments, labels, and repository settings.

2. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Transmit malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

ReviewMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours - we claim no ownership over the content you process through our service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

• Account Info: Basic profile information from connected code repository and notification platforms via OAuth
• Code Review Metadata: Titles, descriptions, authors, reviewers, labels, and status of code reviews (we do not access your code)
• Notification Channel Info: Channel names and delivery endpoints required to route notifications
• Usage Data: Service interaction logs for debugging and improvement

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Route code review notifications to your configured channels based on your rules
• Maintain and update notification threads
• Authenticate your account and manage sessions
• Improve and debug the service
• Send important service-related communications

3. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with code repository platforms and notification services via OAuth to:

• Access repository and code review information from your connected source control platform
• Send notifications to your connected messaging or collaboration tools

We only request the minimum permissions necessary. You can revoke access at any time through the settings of your connected platforms.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Pull request metadata is retained for 90 days after a PR is closed or merged. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Free Tier

Our Free tier requires no payment information. You can use ReviewMe with limited features indefinitely at no cost. No refund considerations apply to the Free tier.

Pro Plan - $25/month

The Pro plan includes:

• 1-month free trial - No charge during the trial period
• Cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation
• After the trial, billing occurs monthly

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Within 14 days of your first payment: contact us for a full refund of the amount charged
• After 14 days: you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your billing period
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier
• Your data and rules will be preserved (subject to Free tier limits)
